despite the bouncing around and the mass of far streatching kicks, this is sport karate (which is much different than self-defense karate). You can tell by their equipment, techniques and terminology. TKD in sport wear a vest thing for scoring and headgear. They also have a slightly dif uniform than from karate. In TKD, you can't punch to the head, only kick. in karate you can punch to the head. Also, they use Japanese terms in this vid, and TKD is korean.
