the static debuff. Interrupt the chain lightning guy massivley because there is no point in taking extra raid damage like that, healers will need their mana. Once he is dead then its on to Steelbreaker. In hard mode your going to need to tanks because he is going to put a Detonate on the tank periodically which instantly kills them. When a person dies he heals and does more damage and the maximum deaths you can get are really 2 before is becomes unhealable. You Battle Rez the tank that

Anyways heres pretty much how it works since im feeling generous today. Everyone clumps on runemaster in the beginning and kills him first. You have a tank and 1 interrupter go in the back with the chain lightning guy, he hits like a wimp so hots will keep him up. Once you have runemaster dead you silence and death grip the chainlightning guy directly under Steelbreaker. The whole raid needs to be standing directly underneath him except for a soak group at range of about 3 to take
