hmm, i see what u are getting at, but that drain on the beach was just for that drain from the path, nothing else, and if there were no drain on that path the water would seep through the grass to the coast anyway, but i do get the message of people dumping waste into sea, and that car windscreen wash is litterally dumped onto the ground. Good job.
