I learned parli pro in three days. I got it down. My agscience teacher mr. Kohn is great at teaching it. We practice, and practice, and practice. So its stuck in our heads.... And it works pretty damn well.
My personal judgement is: Two taps calls the meeting room to order, to second one should get recognition from the chair, no stating of rules, objection won ("All in favor of objecting the question") therefore the motion should be lost, however he created the same motion, should be "group" privlidge, not just question of privlidge, needs to seat member after question of privlidge, point of order was correct and so was parliamentary inquiry, limit debate correct, recess correct, postpone was ok.
ffa boys are soooo cute(: i do skillsUSA parly pro, so i can't really critique this as far as procedure. But you guys need a little debate help. other than that, Awesome!
yall are good but yall need to work on communication fluent speeking and u must know when to stand.....i hope our schools have a chance to compete one day
I love this, it's a real example of what the Parli Pro is like, instead of the somewhat perfect expectations they show in class. (I am a member of the FFA through an Agricultural class at school)
its a fare try of parli pro but if i had to give some sugestions it would be better communification and posture for the team this coming year if there still togeather
I am sorry, but my chapter state team was much better. The people dont know when to stand or sit. They are stumbling over there own word i realize this is hard to do, but I would recommend you work on fine tuning it. Debate Sounds good though. My chapter is going to nationals =) Smileys dont work right
But in Parliamentary procedures you are continuing on a meeting basically and you only have to tap the gavel once and ask If there is any new business.
