What about the outrageously disproportionate cancer cases occurring all along the gulf coast due to the amount of petroleum refineries injecting benzene back into the ground and contaminating our water table?

You guys need to come to SE Texas and see all the new wells being drilled, the rows of pumps pulling it out of the ground and the refineries as far as the eye can see.

Electric cars can happen, but the government regulated and shut down the free market and then gave big money to the oil companies. The government needs to stop picking winners and losers in energy and let whatever works work. I'd LOVE renewable energy and be self sustaining and improve the environment. We need to get the government out of the way, and only when there is a polluter then the government should prosecute them to the highest degree. RON PAUL 2012!
