Relatively soon I am (hopefully) going to be going for a liberal arts degree. I am planning on using part of my school loan to purchase a Cintiq21x for home, but also wanted to get a second tablet to use on my laptop at school and stuff. Is the Cintiq12wx by any means portable? I don't know if I should try for the smaller Cintiq or the medium Intuos4 as a second tablet.

@godzizzle I'm no expert on the subject but the 21ux is 22.1" W x 16.6" H x 1.9" D and the 12wx is 16" x 10.5" x .67"

@godzizzle From what I've read from people who have one, it's not super portable.. There's quite a lot of wires and stuff, so it's a bit of a hassle. Then again...It's awesome compared to an intuos4.. and you wont wear out 3 nibs a week on the cintiq. The intuos4 has a surface that's kinda like sandpaper..

it a ripoff that wacom uses to squeeze cash out of its customers
