Nothing in Torah about this, and maybe or not in Mishnah, but it isn't all about the letter of law either. Using a shofar as a beer bong is like NOT stopping what you're doing during the air-raid siren on Yom Ha-Zikaron (Memorial Day). DISRESPECTFUL!
