As a tourist the HKD100 would include taking the Star ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui to Hong Kong Island and taking the double-dekker tram. There are so many things that are free in HK. I used to use the internet at the library, watch a movie for free at HMV (Mean Girls, Stealth, etc.). I often had fruit salad from "old" fruits bought in Wellcome at highly discounted prices!

But the best deal of all: The free view from TST across Victoria Harbour of Hong Kong Island. WOW...

It's just stupid to assume that a tourist would start at the airport. In addition, I got from the airport to Kowloon with $18 and a ferry to central costs something like $4 so I don't see where you get this $45 from. You're the lame one.
