you could get an internship somewhere to get experience and see if it's an area you definitely want to work in. It's really hard to get a well paid job without experience so it would be perfect, and you wouldn't need to worry about getting a paid job alongside it :)

@lorrybum I understand but what I meant was that I am looking for things like internships, with a company or magazine, and that I wouldn't want to work in retail because it isnt for me, and I know this as one of my besties is a retail supervisor. I didn't mean it in the sense that theres anything wrong with retail or that I won't work for the pay but I want to work a job where I am extremely happy aswell as receiving a good salary.
