Very cool. I wish people here in the US would get with it. If a song isn't in English they won't give the artist or band a chance. Not even most metal fans. Rammstein and Eisbrecher should be popular here.

@closerange88 very true, bands like linkin park, bullet for my valentine, and avenged 7 fold are the " metal majority that isnt metal" i live in washington state in a decently big city. as far as i know, only 6 other people in my highschool are rammstein fans. its sad, if people did know the language it would be far more sucessful. rammsteins lyrics are to me poetry. with layers of meanings with the more thought you put into them and how you would compare them in the real world. simply superb

Yeah I know man, where I live (Canada) it is the same way. A lot of people think it's strange that Rammstein is my favourite band. They all say the same thing "I just don't like how I can't understand what they're saying."

One person was actually stupid and ignorant enough to say that the band is retarded because you can't understand what they are saying.. I Guess the concept that Rammstein is German therefor sing in German is too complicated for morons....

@closerange88 You have a majority of NIN and Manson fans in the US and yet Rammstein is still treated as some kind of new band to listen to. From the perspective of a casual industrial metal fan I feel Rammstein is a much more solid and brilliant band even when they're compared to mainstream metal. You really don't need to understand the lyrics to grasp Til's brutal voice or Richard's demonic riffs !!!!

@pritishsai Thanks. You are so right. When I first discovered Wagner something happened to me that I can't explain. I got the same feeling when I first heard Rammstein and Eisbrecher. The essence of their music gets in your soul which makes your comment about not understanding the lyrics (at first) so true.

Ma io spero che tutti quelli che hanno commentato negativamente il fisico dei Rammstein abbiano come minimo dei mega muscoli sodi e una pancia piattissima e muscolosa. Perché se criticate così degli uomini che sopra i 40 (e Till ha quasi 50 anni!) riescono a essere ancora così fighi dovete essere meglio di loro. Infatti nel video c'è lo stesso posto (Sucamore Beach) nel '64, dove tutto è bello, è pieno di sorrisi, scherzi e balli, e nel 2012, dove regna la lussuria e la violenza. Anche il modo di vestire dei nostri 6 cambia. Il tutto è sottolineato dalle ultime 4 strofe che recitano "La mia terra venduta!
