I acquired these 16MM commercials because I use to sweep the floors at a TV station in the early 70's. One day, I crossed paths with a guy who was heading to the dumpster with a box of commercials. He asked me if I wanted them. I said, "sure" and then carried them around for 30 years before I decided to share them here. That's the whole story, take it or leave it.
I am pretty sure you buy the 16 mm film. A lot of people have the old 16 mm projector and then they collect old television shows and commercials (sold at flea markets and the like) that can only be viewed this way. I was considering buying a projector and starting to collect myself but I have no room in my house as is!
I remember a commercial that went something like "No Matter How You Slice It, Snickers Always Comes Up Peanuts" and they would rapidly slice up the bar really fast and backtrack the film and bring it back whole again. Anybody else remember that one?
Sorry, I did not mean to come across sarcastic. I thought you were just being funny by spelling allergic, "elergic" no harm meant... They just made a big break through recently in the treatment of peanut allergies - the study was recently done at Duke University Medical Center and Arkansas Children's Hospital, it's pretty interesting. I Googled it. Best to you.
does anyone remember the snicker's commercial (maybe it was milky way but i am sure it was snickers) from maybe 1974? a guy is doing his homework and his friends come in w/a candy bar w/a candle stuck in it singing happy birthday and he laughs and exclaims "oh you guys are too much!"

My guess is Barney Phillips, who was "Haley the Bar Tender", in the Twilight Zone episode, "Will The Real Martian Please Stand Up?".

@pluto1111777 Yeah, the Snickers name was used in the US at the same time the Marathon name was used in the UK.

Notice that they never did quite explain what "noogut" was? It was later discovered that "noogut" was solidified squirrel snot!
