Residents and civil servants of San Francisco. Do not let the evil monopoly of "American Medical Responce's (AMR)" lobbyists destroy SF's successful, trusted, and respected 130 plus year old "City Ran" Ambulances. AMR does not have the right to force their corperate will on this city, if the majority of citizens don't wish it to be. AMR lobbyists are severe hypocrits, using a hundred year old anti-monopoly law designed to fight oil companies as a way to strong arm San Fran into privitization.

@narutofightindreamer I was just in San Francisco last week and what appeared to be happening was AMR was doing the BLS runs and SFFD was running ALS with an engine and an ambulance.
