My dad always told me pay for everything in cash. If you do not have enough cash to buy you do not need it. Credit is for an emergency like a hot water tank breaks or the stove goes on you.

wondering......i think both parties are at fault for the mortgage problem, the bank for giving the loan and these people for accepting. but..................why is it the consumer is being punished and going under, but the banks get bailed out and allowed to start over in one day????
