I've started to make them with the jalapeño whole, stuffing it with cheese. With a toaster oven, space is a little more precious, and halving the jalapenos, as she does, takes more space.
I use a more complicated recipe, hers is so simple, but I'll bet, just as good. Thumbs up.
Is it just me, or does it seem like everytime you make jalapeno poppers you seem to get an itch somewhere on your face where you can't scratch it, and if you do you know it's going to burn! LOL! Thanks for the tip on the bread crumbs! Take Care
