I will shoot the bow that is most comfortable and best feel for me. I have both PSE Bow Madness and Mathew Switchback XT, both are very accurate. With the PSE shooting carbons and the Mathews shooting aluminum, my mathews is a bit more smooth on the draw and a bit more tighter group.
the new matthews mcpherson series bow can shoot 340 its faster and no you didn't catch them its a single cam their new dual cam monster xlr8 can shoot up to 360 fps its insane
I agree with bowhunter 4439, they might look crazy but i can shoot good out to 80 yards with my mathews, and when i go hunting im out to kill. im not the kind of person that says oh well, even though i didnt fill my tag this season it was nice to see the sunrise and watch the birds chirp. I want some meat in the freezer and to feel the rush.
just because people use compund bows doesnt mean their anyless the hunter sorry you do it the hard way know one is forcing you to use a long bow and by the way even if you have the fastest bow on the market doesnt mean it is going to be any easier to kill a mature buck

Playerplaya69, you have no idea what your talking about. The Bow Madness has a 7" brace height. The PSE is a much better bow all around. Its lighter, costs less, MUCH less hand shock, and shoots better.

yeah but mathews came up with a single cam bow that shoots 340+ fps and only has a 6.5 BH and the bow maddness bow has a 6 inch BH...even with the pre stressed limbs mathews still beats them..plus the reezen 6.5 also comes in a 7 " BH for ppl that want more forgivness....and still with the 7 BH it will produce 330+fps!!! I dont have strong opinions for any bow company but I think it is sad that the drury brothers switched to PSE after their long campaign with Hoyt. I've never seen a person on any of the hunting shows do that. And does anbody else think their new shows aren't spending enough time in a particular hunt but are skipping between many hunts with different "teams". It makes the kills less exciting.
I see PSE does it again! I currently shoot a PSE Carrera that I got back in 2000. But as soon as I can come up with the coin, I'm so looking forward to trying the new X-Force GX. Saw it on the PSE website. It shoots even faster than the original X-Force @ 352fps! That and the let-off is 75% 'actual' and/or 80% 'effective'! Looking forward to when PSE puts the videos for the new 2009 line of bows here on YouTube. PSE Rocks!
