only problem with the snowball I can think of would be you'd end up straining your vocal chords after a while, since you have to be waaay louder to get the same volume playback.

samson co1u is better than the blu. TRSUT ME and the kit is only 20 bucks more. The blu in this vid has less background noise than the stock mic but the co1u sounds like your on the radio,

How well is this snowball in recording a guitar amplifier? I was wondering to buy this snowball instead of purchasing a USB Audio interface and using an actual instrument mic such as a Shure 57 to place it in front of a guitar amplifier to record via garageband.

I have the snowball, but it seems that no matter what setting I have it on, my voice is too loud on some parts of singing and sounds bad...check my latest video to see what I mean..how do I fix that?

@xxangelictonesxx u could try & get a pop filter cos that might be too much air getting in2 the mic. it should work cos I had the same problem
