  • How much sour cream, ginger and minced garlic to use for the marinade? How much minced ginger did you use when you blended the onions together in the processor? Also when you cook the chicken for 45 minutes, what's the heat level? Is it at a simmer? How much saffron and cinnamon did you use in the rice? It looks like it would taste really good. I already have a wonderful Korma recipe. But I'd like to try yours and compare. Looks yummy.

  • @kazywaz - Thanks for your questions on my chicken korma recipe. The entire recipe with ingredient list and exact proportions can be found on my blog. See the video description for the URL.

  • nice recipe but dude original korma is different ill post a recipe soon

  • thanks for this! cant seem to find coconut cream, can i use coconut milk?

  • @kbya - It turns out that coconut cream is just concentrated coconut milk. They taste the same, but coconut cream has less water and more fat content. So, you could either boil down the coconut milk to concentrate it, or just use it as it is. Should be OK either way.

  • The dish is not too sweet. A little bit of natural sweetness comes from the coconut shavings, but most of it is from the brown sugar (about 1 tbsp)... so you can control the sugar content yourself.

  • I've been looking for a good korma recipe could you tell me is it quite sweet?

  • @aashishdevgun Cool! Let me know how it goes, and if you would change anything about the recipe.
