How much sour cream, ginger and minced garlic to use for the marinade? How much minced ginger did you use when you blended the onions together in the processor? Also when you cook the chicken for 45 minutes, what's the heat level? Is it at a simmer? How much saffron and cinnamon did you use in the rice? It looks like it would taste really good. I already have a wonderful Korma recipe. But I'd like to try yours and compare. Looks yummy.

@kbya - It turns out that coconut cream is just concentrated coconut milk. They taste the same, but coconut cream has less water and more fat content. So, you could either boil down the coconut milk to concentrate it, or just use it as it is. Should be OK either way.
The dish is not too sweet. A little bit of natural sweetness comes from the coconut shavings, but most of it is from the brown sugar (about 1 tbsp)... so you can control the sugar content yourself.
