I've been searching for this now for about 22 years (saw it on HBO as one of those videos they used to play between movies) back in like '86 or '87. Didn't know about Allegro non troppo and have now ordered that through Amazon. Absolute masterpiece! THANK YOU!!!

The song is "Maurice - Ravel" is a classical masterpiece.

The animation is from Italian Brunno Bozzeto film "Allegro non troppo" released in the 70's.

They released this film in DVD some time ago with improved audio and video quality you can buy it at his pesronal website.
