I had the same thing the virus locked up ctrl alt del. and it a hack it stops ur PC. hes what i did reformat ur hard drive and it will go then get a AV i recommend kasperspy.

i for now have deleted this.. just by ending prozeces and prozeces which are binded with this file.. i dont know if it will pop up on next restart but whatever, it couldnt find rundll32.exe on system file :/

This is one friggin hard virus to get rid of the only way i got rid of it was to have my computer cleaned out by a professional for about $60. wll worth every dam penny! Beware of PC TOOL TOO.. I got my credit card info taken by this even though i didnt fall for this scam.. someone was trying to use it in Mexico.. Im from New york!

I need help bad. Basically Task Manager is locked up, I cannot open Notepad, and Google searches redirect me to different sites. I tried using McAfee to get rid of this after transfering it from one of my other computers and it started bugging out saying I need to restart, than it automatically started restarting. So, just turning System Restore on and off will clear the infected files from being saved?

yes, it will clear the past infected files to be removed from "system restore's backup" , not necessarily from your hard disk

hey i cant delete the rundll32.exe when it try it says unable to delete rundll32.exe make sure that the disk is not or write protect and that file is currently in use i couldnt understand u when u said that

instead of trying to delete it, run system file checker utility, that will automatically replace the corrupt windows system files
