Who else feels this way that Dilandau should have had even more psychopathic parts like: Dilandau would have caught Merle as a prisoner and Dilandau would have told Van that "she is doing just fine" and later when Dilandau comes back he tortures and beats up Merle and starts laughing and later when Van finds Merle he will have a epic battle with Dilandau!!!!! Ok Merle is cute and lets not tease her anymore! XD

No, I dont think so. As presented in the anime hes best seen as honorable and loyal in his own violent way. He obsesses over defeating the only enemy who has ever bested and humiliated him (damaging his face). He also demonstrates his loyalty to his squad and followers when he kills that doppelganger after admitting to strangling the captured squad member. Another point that demonstrates this admirable nature is when he collapses over the traumatic loss of his entire squad.

I didn't interrperate him collapsing over the loss of his squad as him having an admirable nature, I saw it as him having crazy abandonment issues. Also I think that Celena was admirable, but Dilandau's just crazy but in an epic way.
