I just got my 09 GTS last week and I love it. I want to do many things to it to make it run better and faster. I have also noticed that it kinda stutters at low speeds. Do I have to get that filter online or can I go to a local automotive store?
Well the stock intake piping actually pulls a good amount of cold air. The airflow of the WORKS filter is considerably better than stock. I'd sooner recommend a custom single piece replacement of the stock piping. Just my two cents
Just better air flow. Its effect is quite significant. Car normally stutters violently at low speeds (when you have manual tranny). This helps eliminate that. Also, alongside the ECU tune, it provides an extra 5hp. In addition, it requires only cleaning every 25k miles or so, versus replacement.
Pretty cheap and easy mod, no modifications needed to factory equipment. Thats all
and after install can be faster ?
