No, that is the point. It's not fuel. I can't tell you too much about it, because it's something I'm developing secretly. All I can say is that it is a cylindrical shaped machine, and it has something to do with electromagnetics and relativity. Electricity is used to transfer energy into it before launch, and there is a system inside that machine that makes a controlled collapse, in which it releases the energy during about 2 minutes. The energy is used to heat up the air in the jet engines.
Now wouldn't that be cool if someone really developed that? :) :)
