  • Something tells me he wasn't actually arrested for using the F word.... It seems a litte more like he forgot his meds, and scared the hell out of the lady with his "in your face". Maybe it was a case of HOW you talked to someone (including the arresting officer) and not WHAT you said (the F word). It's amazing how people refuse to take responsibility for their own actions. Grow up, get the right meds, counseling, whatever it takes, but take responsibility. Fuck..... :)

  • @jeffsbailey Nope. Sorry to tell you. I wasn't in her face at all. I was actually more than 100 feet away. And I have never taken meds in my life. I've actually been to a monastery. I'm a comedian and a writer. You're just going to have to accept the notion that we really don't have freedom of speech here in America. This City Council meeting was kind of performance Art. As you can see I got a standing ovation. You just didn't particularly like what I said.

  • your the reason why the country is going down because you green headed tree hugging liberals don't know what you faggots are talking about.

  • @kobe4270 Liberal? Not quite. I'm a revolutionary socialist who believes in the right to bear arms. Better watch your back.

  • Forgetting awesome.

  • This guy can go forget himself

  • FORGET THIS

  • Destroyed.

  • YOUR ENTIRE PHILOSOPHY IS A BUM CORPORATE HAND JOB AND ALL YOUR HEROS ARE EVIL

I got arrested for screaming that at the top of my lungs at the people downtown last week

  • 79 people are liquid emitting farts

  • Somebody call the cops on this guy.

  • And, I'm sure their city council members still don't get it.

  • ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • Comment removed

  • He obviously spoke like that to provide a more grammatical side to him and make a statement.

  • ...i think i'd pay to see this guy & Jello Biafra have a debate/insultfest...

  • Fuck!

  • and the best part is, his angry letter didn't contain one f-bomb! XD this guy's awesome ^_^

  • Does he have any proof he is a John Tesh fan?

  • this guy is my hero, i dont give a fuck what you guys think

  • LMAO!!!! I am so going to end up memorizing this and spewing it at my boss the day I quit.

  • So what, we're suppossed think this guy is some sort of rebel hero because he can rant?. A lot of words used to say nothing at all.

  • @dkshotwell That's exactly my point dumbass. Fuck is just another word and people shouldn't be arrested for saying fuck.

  • @dkshotwell your a lame fuck.....i would personally pay to see this guy put you on the ground and shit a nice steamy log in your mouth. FUCK YOU

  • @ocylot May The Holy Spirit convict you of your need of the savior Jesus. Call on His name in faith, He will answer.

  • ok, fan of John Tesh, now that's going too far!

  • This guy is right on the money.

  • What a wasted life. Someday he'll be in the news DEAD from an overdose so easily predicted.....

  • What happened to freedom?

  • Pretty forgetting funny.

  • this isnt funny. you killed ur joke comedian

  • If they let citizens go into Congress and speak, this is what it would be...everytime.

  • Reagan was no midget. he was 6'1

  • LOL @ "a fan of John Tesh!"

  • Bro, there isn't a conspiracy around every corner. Are you able to answer my question? Does the First Amendmant guarantee the right to say anything like yell fire in a crowded movie theater even if there is no fire?

  • @TariffRisinger No that's stupid. You don't have the right to yell fire in a crowded theater if there's no fire. But what if there really is a fire? Or what if it's something political and it's just something that other people disagree with? One of the reasons why America is so strong is because we have free speech. We have opposing view points unlike other countries like Saudi Arabia or the former Soviet Union. We crush those countries like an ant because of our free flow of ideas.

  • you can yell whatever you want if you weren't allowed to say what you want you wouldn't have half the b.s. politicians you have....and yes Untied states is all so powerful with the help of a criminal syndacate by the name of the Federal Reserve.Don't pretend you are string because your country is strong.

    so

  • @TariffRisinger yeah for sure but freedom of speech is important even if you get the occational idiot that yells fire! cant have it both ways

  • @bushdidit2u911 You are wrong in this instance. It is illegal to say things as fact if that statement causes harm, whether intentional or unintentional, which is can give cause for prosecution. Meaning, if you are stupid enough to push your First Amendmant rights to see just how far they can go and yell fire in a crowded movie theater, and in the process of people running for their lives to escape the 'fire' and are injured and/or killed you can be criminally liable.

  • @bushdidit2u911 The First Amendmant was not designed to allow people to say whatever they wanted whenever they wanted wherever they wanted. It was created for every American to have the freedom from incarceration and more for speaking publicly and privately about things they did not agree with in their government. It was not an open invitation to stupidity and absurdity. One of the reasons that this Amendmant has been perversely misunderstood and misused is because of a greater problem that ....

  • @bushdidit2u911 destroyed the Cornerstone of this country. God Almighty is not wanted as a guiding light in politics, economics, and even some Christian institutions any longer. Liberal democratic ideology insists upon extreme humanistic views of laws of man which run counter to God's law for man. If people truly understood God and His design for us and not want to shove their beliefs down my throat to my unwavering acceptance of their ways, this country and its citizens would prosper immensely.

  • @TariffRisinger freedom of speech amongst other freedoms are the conrnerstone! religion is not my forte so i wont comment but the freedom of speech even if its a stupid message is very important! i chose to watch this vid so nothing has been pushed down my throat i went looking for opinions and info ! so im not fussed if i dont agree with peoplesopinions or beleifs! but you also have every right to complain or disagree and thats a good good thing! all sides are equal to me

  • @TariffRisinger

    Yes!

The First Amendment guarantees the right to say anything like yell fire in a movie theatre even if there is no fire.

But if there is no fire and your yelling causes harm or loss to anyone, then those harmed have the right to claim recourse in compensation for the loss.

Lets face it, how many people would shout fire in a crowded building unless there was a good reason?

    Knowing the possible consequences...

    Would you?

Do we need a speech law to protect agaist you doing it?

  • @swiftysmithuk - We have a "speech law", and I will die to defend it, It states Everyone is born with the right to say what ever the hell they want, and if someone has a problem with it, ITS THEIR PROBLEM! and I agree with everything you said, just thought I'd add my 2 cents.

  • @TariffRisinger If someone yelled "fire" in a theater and I did not smell smoke I would not move. I never leave a building when a fire alarm goes off for the same reason. I guess if you can think for yourself it doesn't really matter what other people yell.

  • @porterhouse Thinking for ones self does not equate to believing what YOU perceive as the end all, be all of the truth. So, thinking for ones self is good if you have a good conscience and a good moral compass to do so. A soul with poison and venom hurts those around it, whether it says 'fire' while there is no fire, or stays quiet while the 'fire' consumes lives. Thinking for ones self is required in life, but solely focusing on ones self is blind in ones eyes just as one drawing attention ....

  • @porterhouse to ones self.

  • cognitive skills of pigeon LMFAO

  • @jzenman Are you really that pathetic that you have to check out your OWN YouTube postings?! Dude, country music does not mean that I am from the South, unless you call south Modesto, California the south. Get a real job and join the real world, man. You are living in a hole, bro. You attack without result because you cannot do anything else. Honestly, and I seriously mean this, please, try to do something in this life that is constructive. This is not funny or does it come close to comedy.

  • @jzenman You must be from the same cesspool, I mean genepool, as the unfunny man. If you think this is comedy, there is something definately wrong with you. Kill myself? Why? To leave this country to worthless people like yourself. You are part of the problem of this country's intelligencia going down the proverbial toilet. Fun? This is your idea of fun? Hey, why don't you just wrap a bunch of fire crackers to your testicles and set them off as you dive into a tub of rubbing alcohol! Fun!

  • It is sad that this unfunny person thinks it is okay to expell such foul and vulgar as well as low-minded, pidantic rantings. This individual seems to be full of hate and misery if he has to write such a wide targeting diatribe with no sense of purpose but to draw attention to himself all because he cannot handle it when a citizen of this country exposes his low-minded vulgar language afterwhich he professes to become even more vulgar. If I were the judge I would charge him with public indecency

  • @TariffRisinger Really? With your big words and what not? You think all of that makes you sound intelligent? I also have a thesaurus I bought at the dollar store for 7.99 plus tax, but the difference between you and me is I pick my spots. This is Youtube, not a council chambers or a courtroom. Scram!

  • @sandman2060829 Hahahaha. Are you actually admitting that you were at a DOLLAR STORE and paid [$7.99], + TAX, hahahaha Thesaurus or not, you need a calculator and a Math for Dummies book! I have actually personally spoken with Mr. Inman and that situation is old and over with. I actually think he is an ok guy. I hope I have impressed upon a few things in life. I can assure you he has made me think about some things as well. I have an Oxford English Dictionary if you would care to borrow it?

  • @TariffRisinger Seriously, you seem like a very unhappy, probably middle-aged man who is angry at himself for never moving out of mom's basement. Please stop taking it out on innocent people, because when it all boils down, we just don't care what the hell you think.

    Regards,

Responsible Adults who have better things to do.

  • @sandman2060829 Seriously, you seem to be a dilluted person to believe that I have more foes than friends just because "we", whatever that consists of, "don't care what ... [I] think". What was it that I "took out on [hilarious] innocent people"? What was it that Mr. Inman took out??!! When you recover from your liberal lobotomy about 1st Amendment rights and get an education that may afford you an ability to rationally and clearly discuss the deeper meanings of such things, then get back to me.

  • @sandman2060829 I am middle-aged and have earned a living on my own since joining the United States Marine Corps after high school. I am raising a family and am furthering my education at the same time working a REAL job in the REAL world and hopefully training my child to use better judgement than yourself or Mr. Inman in his pseudo-politico diatribe of inane garble-jargon, all in the effort to try and reap a few cheap chuckles from a peanut gallery that consists of the likes of you.

  • @sandman2060829 If you are so responsible with better things to do why is it that you can only muster a childish retort to Mr. Inman's posting of my response to his 1st Amendment exercise in 'free speech'? Your assumption of my interpersonal relationships is misplaced and has as much credibilty as you being in the know about my familial relations. But your cliche of a description of me may give an insight into your own personal life as you may be speaking from your own experiences perhaps?

  • @sandman2060829 Sandy ..... stay outta the library if all you are going to do is eat the pages of the books. Did you ever wonder why you paid $7.99, ..... AT THE DOLLAR STORE?! Education is the key. Knowledge is power. The more knowledge you have the more power you wield. The power of the spirit stands mightier than any army can! A perosn's ideas and thoughts can live beyond their death if they make a difference IN THE WORLD. Someone espousing nonsensical rhetoric is gone as quickly ...........

  • @sandman2060829 as a vapor in a wind storm. What is it that YOU want to do in your life to leave as a lagacy of yourself? Do you want to be remembered famously, or infamously? I make a conscious effort daily to choose the former. You should ask yourself, "What do I choose this day?" Answer that and see if it truly makes you a better person.

  • @TariffRisinger People like you are the reason we need more James Inmans.

  • @creat3d What are, "People like you?"

  • @TariffRisinger forget you! lol ! freedom of speech and i agree with this guy!

  • @bushdidit2u911 Your moniker says it all about you Mr. Conspiracy theorist. Let me ask you, do you believe it should be okay to run into a crowded movie theater while everyone is watching, let's say, Toy Story 3, and yell, "Fire! Get out quickly!" Answer that one if you can about freedom of speech.

  • @TariffRisinger yes i would if there was a fire! what is the relevance? coz i know you will draw a parallel for me! enlighten me

  • @bushdidit2u911 Would you do it if there was no fire?

  • @TariffRisinger i would run around naked worshipping allah!! and wait for you to write some shit about how there isnt a fire??? ooooh your good

  • @bushdidit2u911 ????? You are perplexing. What point, if any, are/were you trying to make?

  • @TariffRisinger nah i just thought you are about to lecture me on how the conspiracy theories are like yelling fire when there is none ! i been told similar things like this many times b4

  • @bushdidit2u911 Bro, there isn't a conspiracy around every corner. Are you able to answer my question? Does the First Amendmant guarantee the right to say anything like yell fire in a crowded movie theater even if there is no fire?

  • @TariffRisinger Ok I see what you mean. And I agree. If it came to a point where there was going to be a civil war and more people were going to die yes it would be like yelling fire in a crowded theater even if you were talking about some old fire that was in the past. It wouldn't be right if it meant a lot of people would die because of it. Even if it were true. If the crowd couldn't take it and it wasn't the right time or place I would keep my mouth shut.

  • @jzenman Okaaayyy??? I don't think I'm following you. But I think you are on the right track.

  • @TariffRisinger

I'm guessing your shit doesn't stink.

  • @Sloppy998 Noooo. Mine does just as yours does I'm sure. That is just a biological fact. Is it all you people can do to just give glib and lobotamized responses to my post that Mr. Inman uses to create a hole for you to worm down into and respond to my galant attempt to bring a consciousness of sorts to a certain part of society that thinks everything that comes out of ones facial orafice is permissable and acceptable under the First Amendmant? Do you even know the historical significance of it?

  • @TariffRisinger

I don't know who James Inman is, however, you sir are an idiot. I am not American, yet, if the words offend you, I'd ask you to politely man-up and stop being such a baby (or just don't watch/don't give your opinion). Your shit stinks, that's good to hear. It's almost as if you've never interacted with other human beings before - they swear, get over it and whilst your at it, get over yourself.

  • @Sloppy998 Believe me, I am man enough. I was an infantryman in the US Marine Corps. I used the 'F' word, as well as GD and JC, about every other sentence. I have heard quite a bit of foul language in my life. That did not make it acceptable and right. But I also knew where to draw the line. I would never think of swearing like that in front of my mother, grandmother, girlfriend or wife. I certainly never cussed at people in public, except when they really pissed me off, which may have been ....

  • @Sloppy998 followed by a physical altercation. I have gotten over myself a long time ago. I used to hate everybody and paid no attention to my actions and gave very little courtesy to others. The other day my daughter heard these three young men talking and swearing profusely. One of the boys used the GD comment. My innocent little girl said, "He shouldn't say that bad word right daddy?" I told her no as the young men snickered and laughed. Just as they started up again I politely asked them ...

  • @TariffRisinger

I agree with the things you've said, but this is Youtube and you don't *have* to watch the videos. I'm sure most of the people here exercise the morals you talk about (maybe not with the girlfriend). In the end though, people swear and people will swear on youtube, just like TV. I am interested in why you find this video so insulting to you? I'm hoping your not watching it with your grandmother... ;)

  • @Sloppy998 Well, Mr. Inman did not just localize his rant to YouTube. It was during a public city council meeting which someone aired on YouTube later. I believe he could have saved the city resources by not wasting the taxpayers money with lengthening the time with which the public servants (city council members) were to be sequestered for their meeting and not had such a raucious display of venomous verbal biting for the purpose of .......... getting laughs? Just my opinion.

  • @Sloppy998 if they would refrain from doing so in a public place (gas station). I reiterrated that my daughter could them and it is inappropriate. I was backed up bt the store manager, store clerk, and two patrons waiting to [ay as well. The three young men went silent. I did politely say thank you. See. No harm done. No one said they were going to sue all of us for stifling their First Amendmant rights. It was respect and consideration. Maybe they can do that in their own homes, but not so ....

  • @Sloppy998 much in a public setting.

  • YOUR MY HERO MAN

  • This is Freedom of Speech. Freedom, It is not pretty but it is Freedom. Stop trying to make it pretty. If you don't like Freedom then just shoot your self and stop screwing up the Freedom of this country! Love it...

  • i smell lawsuit

  • This guy is awesome.

  • He said fan of John Tesh.

  • Become Vocal Local. Listen to Oracle Broadcasting. Take back the Republic one county at a time.

  • and notice at no time did he have to use the F-word lol

  • Hahahahahaha omg this is rich!!!!

  • FREEDOM!!!!

  • James, as I'm sure you know. There is a fine line between freedom of speech and swearing VERY loudly at someone because if one little tiny bit of spit was to fly out of your mouth it goes from freedom of speech to assault & battery . It wouldn't have surprised me in the least in this slowly but sure bereavement & incrementation of government UPON our rights.WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME OFTHE ARREST JAMES Also what were the original charge? If I may

  • There is a very fine line between freedom of speech and swearing VERY loudly at someone because if one little tiny bit of spit was to fly out of your mouth it goes from freedom of speech to assault & battery . • @kirra77 Let's see:

    1. It's BTW, not Btw. It's not a word. It's an acronym. So, each letter should be capitalized.

    2. After "I guess", you didn't include the word "that".

    3. You missed your comma after the word "inbred".

    4. There's is no apostrophe in assholes.

    5. Elementary shouldn't be capitalized in the middle of a sentence.

    6. Please tells us THAT you were born... Can't get THAT one down I see.

    7. Well done should have a period after it.

    8. The n in "now" should be capitalized.

  • So you believe swearing is an arrestable offense? You're pathetic.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • Whether it's 'cool' or not is irrelevant. It's not arrestable and that's what matters. Whether or not this guy is an asshole doesn't matter, he has a right to be pissed about the cop's actions and his response was appropriate.

And anyone who is seriously offended by the word "fuck" needs someone to swear at them. Maybe it'll help remove the stick lodged up their ass.

We DO choose which laws to follow. Civil disobedience. It's how laws get changed. Nobody respects the law, it's not enforced.

  • Governments govern with the consent of the people. Any laws made must be a law that

    a) the majority agree with and

    b) do not infringe on the rights of the minority

Any law against swearing clearly violate the second point, regardless of acceptance. But in a more general sense, if nobody respects a law, a) is clearly not the case and the law is invalid.

It's basic government ethics. The government has no moral authority without our consent.

  • He had the right to act like asshole. He did, and as a result, he got arrested for it. He has every right to complain. If his rights are not protected, ours aren't either.

That's the problem I have. You're saying that because he was being a dick, he should just stfu. No. No, he should not. You're saying that swearing shouldn't be an arrestable offense, but if people do swear at others and they do get arrested for it, you don't care and they shouldn't complain. Not cool.

    That's all.

  • Comment removed

  • Nobody has a right to not be offended. Freedom of speech means you will be offended, and it means people will be swearing at other people. Get over it or move to a totalitarian country like China. Don't try to screw up the free world though to bring it in line with your ridiculous expectations.

You are pathetic. That's an opinion, not an insult. If you choose to treat it as one, I can't help that. I don't hate you, it's not personal. But your views are pathetic, and I have no problem saying so

  • Good for you then

  • hes on stage for it smart ass

  • the funny thing about the discussion was that all i said was that the guy was an idiot because he had control over where he ended up. Would he have been jailed if he had cursed in the first place? Its not about right or wrong. Its not about liberalism or conservatism. Its about facts. Would he have been jailed if he had not cussed? And don't say that its besides the point because that was my point the entire time.

  • ace!!!!!!!

  • Nice, that's the summary, now for the details. lol

  • Love it or hate it, the constitution is the only reason people are allowed this type of freedom. Unfortunately this guy decided to try to make a name for himself by acting like a total ass in a formal setting, but that's freedom of speach.

Funny- if a concervative had done this what would the reaction have been? I guess they have enough sense to keep their violent outbursts at bay.

  • that was fucken amazing!!!! FUCK THE GOVERNMENT nah just playing its not the governments fault its the people who is in the governments fault!

  • LOLLLLLL so descriptive

  • the liquid emitting part is what got my attention,

  • WTF? It's funny but I have no idea what he's talking about. It went from him not going to the bathroom to random insults. Just funny.

  • Why don't you read just a bit before you post your retarded shit. If you look right below I explain who Mark Sidran is. I checked out your YouTube site. You seem to be all about freedom and the American way. That's what my rant was about. It's about the First Amendment dumbass. If they take away our right to say "fuck", they take away our right to say "fuck the government".

  • he says black alot... racist

  • preach! lol

  • how good is the video!!

  • I learned more insults in 4 mins than I did in the past 21 years.

  • My boy!

  • who is mark sidrin? who is that letter too?

  • He's the City Attorney how invited the National Guard into Seattle for the protest. And he outlawed 40oz beer in the city because he wanted to get rid of homeless people. Just a complete dick.
