what mods did you did to the rear suspension? is it still live axle?? and apart from the engine swap, what are the other mods?

Still solid axle. That way it still drives like an AE86. If I wanted independent rear I'd have got myself a whole S2000 instead.

It's a lot more fun when the car doesn't always listen to you. LOL.

heh it's OBX LSD. I quite like it for grip driving. But it's not machined correctly so I had to "do something about it" at machine shop before it can be installed. Due to that I think it's discontinued for AE86.

it's a whole lot cheaper now....

to do the lot maybe about 6K? Used to be 6K just for the drivetrain but the S2000 drivetrain has come down quite far in the past 2 years.

find a wrecked S2000 if at all possible.

the wheels on the 86 is much smaller than the ones on the S2000 too so it drives like an S2000 with 4.77.

what alot of people dont remember is that the F20c comes with 250hp stock and put that in a AE86 which is over 400 kilos lighter than the S2000 is going to make it lightning quick

the engine itself is bone stock man.

as for shocks and springs I wasn't even on coilovers it's just some Tanabe springs mated with those blue KYB shocks you can get from any parts store.
