People who choose to live a Vegan lifestyle, whether it be because of ethical reason or dietary reasons (like a sensitivity to red meat or dairy) shouldn't have to give up wonderful things like Cheesecake. True imo, its not really cheesecake. But its a good substitute. Besides you cannot knock it until you try it. :)
