Oh, found it. In the middle of the page there will be a box with art for the game on the left (contains all the characters and a blue background) and links on the side. Click the third blue link to get to gedou.html, and then on that page, it is the link that has the 28.8MB next to it. Above Flandre.

are you using the keyboard or a controler if your using a controler how to i fix it because the joystick is inverted and the buttons work but on the keyboard the arrow keys are normal but i can attack can someone help T_T

It's a danmaku (barrage) shooting game. Supposedly popular for its huge cast of females and challenging difficulty.

You can get full versions with torrents but I'm personally having trouble finding Perfect Cherry Blossom.
