  • Personally I run two companies, and I never have customer complaints. We run our company based on 3 principles. Integrity, Quality, and service. Its better to error on the side of the customer then for ourselves.

    I would love for you to review my tape in dealing with embarq and give me your take on it. Keep in mind that I own 2 businesses and also a residence that all have the same telephone provider. Thank you.
