Snow is falling, All around me, Children playing, Having fun. It's the season, For love and understanding, Merry christmas everyone. Time for parties and celebration, People dancing all night long, Time for presents, And exchanging kisses, Time for singing christmas songs. We're gonna have a party tonight, I'm gonna find that girl underneath the misteltoe, We'll kiss by candlelight.

You're really good at this; seriously, better than most teachers I've had. You present material in a concise and entertaining way, and it's difficult for me to impart how genuinely important that is if you're trying to teach anyone anything.
@heee2 No, it isn't. You aren't allowed to have numbers as variables, because numbers are numbers. Because if you did that, you would never be able to use the number 5 in a program.
nice tutorial. i was reading a book on python and i needed variables explained better and your video did just that. please make more tutorials. thank you.

@DaKrazyJak actually you can have numbers in variables, but they must have a letter at the beginning.

For some reason when i do the variable it dosent work. My code is x = input("type a number")
print 1 + x
ISJHman44 1 year ago
@ISJHman44 Hmm...did you forget to put parentheses for the print statement around the 1 + x?
TheMonkeyLords 1 year ago
@ISJHman44 You put quotes so your doing int + str which isn't allowed you need x = input(type a number)
monkey64cow 1 year ago
@ISJHman44 It worked on earlier versions only, now you put parentheses
