They pinned me down after beating me with their sticks, cuffed me, and because I kept trying to get up, one cop had his foot on my ankle and another had his foot on my face. If I tried to get up, they would both grind my ankle and face down as hard as they could into the asphalt. Ended up with cuts, bruises, and nasty scrapes. They'll do this shit to anyone.

From the info. three cops attempted to arrest him on a warrant. The cops fucked up. Failed to control him be for handcuffing. Wrongful use of prone restraint which is well known to interfere with the mechanics of breathing. Should only be used for a few seconds, not minutes. Everyone "resists" in prone restraint because of a need to protect their airway and move their chest wall to ventilate. As noted in the video, the suspect states that he cannot breathe. Note the lack of concern of the fellow officers. Inflicting pain or pressing down on the suspect will not force compliance and will only lead to increased struggle.

With that many cops, after the cops had him on the ground you have no need to knee him in the ribs or hit him. All the cops had to do is let him wear him self out struggling and the cops change out when they get tired. It was excess force. From the info. three cops attempted to arrest him on a warrant. The cops fucked up. Failed to control him be for handcuffing. He struggled and managed to injure three cops with the one cuff they had on him. The cops called for help. That is why all the cops. The only problem is after all the help showed up and had the kid on the ground. the COPS did not need to kneeing or hitting.
