Where is it tagged as 811? You're taking the demo out of context. This is part of the other recipes that aren't necessarily 811, but still relatively low fat that can be used in conjunction with the other non fat recipes shown in the series to give you an overall average of 10% fat.
This series is supposed to follow the guidelines of 811 and yet you use seaweed, carrots, sundried tomatoes and chives? According to Doug Grahams book, these foods are not ideal and not included in the diet. It's great that you have a low fat RV thing going, but this shouldn't be tagged with 811 as it doesn't follow the principals.
