  • With scoliosis comes terms of shorter than normal mid sections , if u haven't picked up on that then maybe should!

  • guys, forget about operation. It will get worst. For long time i tought it was the only one solution. Well it s not. Unless your scoliosis is like 70*. But there are alternate ways to keep you healthy.

I dont understand why we still let professionals suggest that the operation is THE solution. Of course, for the patient, it s the best way, but remember, once it s done, you cant come back. The spine is the most fragile part of the body.

  • @AmaoNoBolso Mine saved my life just to say i have congenital major curvature scoliosis, it really depends on the surgeon that preforms it ! so don't talk like that ok!

  • @spookyksmiles good for you. But my point is: before getting a surgery, there are maaaaaaany ways to keep your back better with a scoliosis. The surgery for the scoliosis should be taken in consideration ONLY when the pain is too heavy. Last year i was so much suffering, i couldnt breath well etc... I went to see many specialists, one of them did not take me for a number, you know wath i mean. A surgery is very serious and, its NOT the first solution!

  • What about the Bridge exercise if I have mild Scoliosis in the upper spine?

  • @utube76789 same here bro, does your torso look short?

  • what about headstand? or other yoga inversions ? I have right thoracic scoliosis

  • i have 20years ago,and i have a Scoliosis but i don't know whati do ? please help me

  • @mouad51 well you need to go to the doctor for sure and get a few opionons if you dont have a choice to visit a back specialist and find out what degree you are... i am 28 degree and my doctor told me if it is 32 you have to have surgery or long term it will get worse for me.. they issued a custom brace for me and i wore it for quite some time and slowed it and stopped the movement of my body... i am stuck at the height from my teenaged years but beats suregery so i dont mind

  • @mouad51 if it under 32 degree i not must to have a surgery ( and if i have 25 years old i can have a surgery ? )

  • I was diagnosed with MS back in 1983.Recently I came across ccsviclinic.ca. They are screening in Fargo, ND. Called (404)461-9560 and spoke to Nurse Lisa. Their Liberation Package includes pre-op video consultation with their doctors, flight costs, visas, accommodation within their hospital premises. The treatment includes stent, medications, reports & post-op followup for next 6 mths. Email:apply@ccsviclinic.ca. Getting liberated mid-October. Thankful to CCSVI Clinic for making this happen!

  • i Can I suggest : Before you have surgery you might want to give this a try : I used to have Scoliosis and got rid of it without surgery when I was 38 using a Theraflex machine : You tube : search : mjYU_fWhjU4

before and after photos (20 years difference) : Facebook Group : Scoliosis Cures and Pain Relief - Get your Doctor or osteopath to get one - Price is normal £40-ish per session fees. It made a huge difference to my life from a few sessions.
