update....plane reasssembled at Carolinas Aviation Museum Charlotte NC. All sponsor names have been removed and she is back in condition as she sat floating in the river. A piece of aviation history..no longer a billboard.

It will be a nice display. It will be a nice display to see having all those sponsors on the side of the plane. How American, how original. Leave the sponsor names of the plane and put the sponsor names on a plaque. Now the plane looks like a billboard sign.
