  • I read the Tarot and I consider this to be a poor quality reading. It's filled with platitudes and generalisations, there's hardly anything specific.

  • This guy is a fake! I used to read tarot and I didn't see anything in those cards that he saw. I laughed when he picked up the World card and said you went through a major life changing event. Yes, the World is about completing cycles, but doesn't mean you went through a life changing event. I also laughed when he picked up the Chariot card.....pulling you in different directions?! He needs to learn how to read cards the proper way.

  • So, a year on, did it come true? I hear the words he's saying but don't understand a word of it.

  • can you doing my reading

  • i think this guy is great, id listen to what hes says :) well worth 20pound.

  • Stop asking about the "magical relevance" and focus on more how this would help you from a psychological standpoint.

  • he can talk about cards and what he thinks u will do for around 15 min... gosh he needs to get a real job. even tho hes prolly doing it for the money...

  • dang i bet his voice gets tired.

  • I really like his take on the Hanged Man!

  • Tried to watch these vids, but it's bullshit. it's now been 1 year? let me know if what ever he said actually happened.

  • What rubbish. What happens if you ask for another reading?

And what ever happened to subjective and empirical evidence. What ever happened to science!

  • 20 pounds... full reading

tarot its meant to be no charge... free

or what the client wants to pay

  • All of them would have applied to me in some way, I think they make it so it would apply to everyone!

  • i wonder what tarot deck he uses, it's reallly beautiful

  • yeh!!!! when i saw this first i was shocked it was exciting! this tarot reador was well experienced and guess what 20 pounds r not bad for this beautiful TAROT reading

  • Anyone else notice the reader never said, "uh" or "um". It sounded more like a script he'd memorized.

  • He knows the cards and their meanings. He pulled out "The Hanged Man" card and mentioned that you were looking from a different angle. But, you have to admit, he related all cards back to the first "you now" card and stuck with it.

Definitely well versed in tarot reading, whether or not it was just for show.

  • I read enlightenment cards, and I don't know that I need the `punter' to believe in it - actually I ask them to question everything as that's healthy! I've read for total sceptics who have stayed such and sceptics who have changed their minds. I don't charge anything if the person I am reading for is not happy with the reading - you don't HAVE to charge, it's a `gift' after all. Best to trust your gut - if it feels like crap, looks like crap and sounds like crap it's probably crap!

  • That bloke has his patter seriously worked out...with a few deft hand movements thrown in for good measure. Convincing enough for most not to ask for their money back, I'd imagine. A well crafted con? Maybe...but well crafted, all the same.

Fascinating to watch, thanks for the upload.

  • i wish i spoke shit for a living XD

  • 1:18 trust your intuition - hmm remember the car crash thing?

That's about all he said that was remotely useful as far as I could tell.

  • Here's what I think... my 2 cents so to speak.

I HONESTLY think that the reader was SPOT on. I think when you go back and review you will HEAR WHAT he is saying. He IS very good and he has a most awesome style of reading.

But I think, that you may not be one to be able to face up to past mistakes or just blame them on this or that instead of shouldering the burden of the blame.

I think also that you will see A LOT of truth in the reading although I do not think that you will admit it.

  • I'm not saying this guy did anything close to a real reading, but in order for one to work, the person being read and the reader both have to believe it works. Even if you are skeptical, you have to put a certain amount of faith or hope that it will work for it to work.

  • As I said in the video, I did! I went into it with an open mind (whilst a little sceptical). I did as asked, I concentrated on things when he asked me too etc.

  • WHat do you expect a tarot reader to say then? "last night u ate potatoes, ur girlfriends name is sally, u drive a honda xz6, u spraypainted ur garden at 14:56" etc? come on its tarot.

The guy did some good stockreading, i enjoyed it. Ok, he didnt even bother to use cold reading or whatever but i think its a nice experience anyway.

  • a lot of mumbo jumbo, the guy uses obscure language to never tell you things in black and white

  • What a crock!

I'll bet he says almost same to everyone. Vague bullshit! He didn't even bother with any cold reading.

  • When you take this crossroads, don't forget to indicate and do a lifesaver check before moving off.... I walked past that Tarot place, on Brighton Pier when I was there for the London to Brighton, were you there that day?

  • Cool video... It was interesting to say the least. Thanks for doing it. So I don't have to spend my money to do it :P ha

  • from what a friend told me that knows how to read them, Supposedly: a spirit lives inside the deck and each card is a seperate voice. The reader is merely the interpreter of what the spirit is saying..

In reality, the ideas behind each card are very general good advice for most anyone and that's why it usually makes sense to people and comes across like it fits your situation nicely. Sometimes weird stuff does come up though. My gf got a tarrot reading and the lady actually named names..

  • Strangely calming voice - might listen to it all again before bed...zzzzZZZ

  • that guy was awesome.

  • thats one hella expensive tarot reading

  • At least the fortune of the fortune teller looks good ;-)

  • these things really get me thinking...

Sven, are you at a crossroads? You thinking of getting a new motorcycle? :P

  • Just me or this "tarot reading" fits almost all humans. Who does`t have doubt, fear, indecisions, pride, counscience, so on, so on...

  • hes probably earning a decent amount of money from that now. lol. would be weird if he said about canadians coming from thailand and staying in ure house. lmao

  • i wish my vocabulary was as good as his

  • ...the reader is pretty legit. Not everyone is a perfectionist, I'd say Sven is, I'd say the smaller things do tend to piss Sven off, could analyse whole reading but to cut it short I believed it and I think somewhere deep down Sven did too, even more so when he sat down and rewatched the reading and thought about it.

  • The whole things applies to me too.

OH MY GOD SVEN I AM YOU!

Guess you won't mind if I borrow your bike then ;D

  • Woah £20, assuming he had a constant flow of customers, he would get around £80 an hour. As each reading is around 15 mins.

    EIGHTY FUCKING POUNDS AN HOUR

    Nice vid Svenny boy! :D

  • Reading Tarot myself I can say all his interpretations of each card was spot on. Whether they held any meaning to Sven only Sven knows. Yes the guys reading was vague and didn't mention any specific situations that Sven's in, and the reading could apply to pretty much anyone watching but I think Sven found something in that reading that us Svenalites didn't pick up on, and use the advice to his advantage.

The reader is certainly a great 'showsman' and to use crystals tends to make me think....

  • Those comments are universal and could apply to anyone, there was nothing specific

  • did u want the reader to turn over the first card and say 'hi sven, your zx14 needs some fuel, a new pqaint job and get rid of that back box'?? Tarots are only a form of guidance, not like a Ouija board with specific answers.

  • Dont take it as some form of personal insult, but in MY opinion most people would find the statements apply to them. I know everything that was said is true of my life at the moment.

If you believe in Tarot cards and find they work for you then fair enough, each to their own I guess.

  • i thought that most things he said applied to me too.

  • Because every single living human has similar problems.

See tarot more as psychology and less as magic. The cards don't connect to the spirit of the world, or some other magic mumbo-jumbo. They connect to your subconscious.

Sure, the situation could fit to pretty much everyone, but the point is that is fit to YOU. Just think about what the reader told you, keep the things that can help you and forget about the things that don't relate to you.

  • no i dont agree with what u say i can read cards to people with drug problems ,and do a reading to apersone that has no drug problem and get two diffrent readings, icould give a reading to kid thats going thru hard times angel cards are so strong they can anser your question before u ask it

  • Nearly everything he was saying could apply to anyone

  • nearly?

  • £20 !! wow

  • Still no bj, disappointing :(

Dude, 20 pounds!! Twenty, 20 pounds!!

  • the guy actually has a great speaking voice. lend him your camera and tell him to do some tarot-man vlogs

  • lol

  • first comment woot :) was that worth your 20 quid? lol
