After seeing the Sydney Harbour Bridge it reminded me of the old Paul Hogan show and this was by far my favourite skit - it had never been done on Aussie TV at the time and I remember when I was about six thinking this was really really naughty! I'm in the U.S. and this show was aired on the local PBS station in the 1980s. I remember this clip, along with Benny Five O, and their still hillarious. He also did a Star Wars parody I'd like to see again. I also remember other sketches that parodied McD's and KFC. Great to see these clips again, they just don't make TV like this anymore. I resent all the reality TV junk too.

Here in the U.S. the ABC tried to copy the Australian TV program "Border Security" and it flopped. I like Border Security (the Australian version). I wish that Seven Network release Border Security on DVD also Nine Network release The complete series to The Paul Hogan Show on DVD. From The Music Shop, I did receive the DVD set of the Best of the Paul Hogan Show. I love it!

The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah band DID NOT originally record this song - Aussie band The Mixtures did this. Admittedly, they recorded it in a similar style to Mungo Jerry's "In The Summertime" as a tribute. Funnily enough, Mungo Jerry later went on to record their own version in 1990!
