Saw this today at The Rex, Berkhamsted, the trailer doesn't do it credit. It's an awesome film and Van Redgrave steals the show, it hasn't sunk in yet, all the incredible language, the scenes between VR and Coriolanus and Butler and Coriolanus, incredibly affecting. Please do more Shakespeare Mr Fiennes, you're pretty good at it :)

Taking a classical Shakespearean work and transplanting it to the modern day is always difficult, and there have been more then a few hamfisted attempts to do that very thing. I really, genuinely hope that this film is good, but I wholly expect it not to be.
