WTF? Yes there is a an acient saying from the Chinese that "Eating food with similar shape of the organ is good for it" (I did my best to translate), which was only more or less a rough guide in ancient times.
For example, people will make soap from pig liver if they shore up their liver functioning and it's a reasonable guess in the acient world. We never go as far as saying for every body organ there is a counter part in food.

@art1vandalay23 Umm I hope you are joking? I'm pretty sure that bones have very little sodium, as they are made mainly of calcium phosphate salts (about 70%), and the rest is collagen fibers. 23% sodium is A LOT, as your blood's tonicity can be mimicked by 0.9 % sodium chloride solutions.
Bones are your bodies reserve for calcium (i.e. your body leaches calcium from bones when the calcium concentration in your blood drops too low).

Many fruits and vegetables are known the help with many things. Kidney beans are not especially associated with kidney function for instance, tomatoes are not any more associated with heart health than most other fruits.
Kidney beans are, in fact, poisonous if not cooked.
Many fruits and vegetables have been changed by man through artificial selection over the course of hundreds of years.
In fact I'd say that the typical WILD carrot looks just like any typical root, many of which are poisonous.
