  • I made it with an apple this last time, a nice difference compared to the banana version if you want even more options to mix it up... and happen to be out of bananas haha

    I found it came out pretty sweet without any sweetener whatsoever.

    The protein powder is sweet enough.

    The yoghurt and the banana was a great addition.

    

  • Does anyone know how to usw liquid stevia? I think we only have liquid stevia in austira, because it's illegal in Europe ^^. So instead of one tbsp. I take...? thanks for answers =)

  • @tracyDoo I would think that you could still use a tbsp to measure out the liquid Stevia, that's just my guess/suggestion though.

  • Just made a patch and it is quite a load of work for a morning breakfast. Very nice recipe, but it gets really dry, had down with some milk and I spread some peanut butter on top of them. Cheers mike much appreciated!

Physical fitness is a journey; not a destination, and I get mad when you make a video showing someone how to prepare salmon....one of the most remedial things any serious fitness buff would know how to make. But when I request something that could benefit the majority, it gets ignored...

  • Great video Michael! I have made so many recipes that are quite the same as yours! There's no limitation with the creativity that you can do when creating healthy alternatives. I would share my recipes as well, but I have little to no time because of college, work, working out, and family. I just want to say thanks, not for myself, but for everyone else who are getting all these wonderful ideas that you post on your channel.

  • Just made some, fucking delicious!! As im "bulking" at the moment(basically being a fatass" i added 3 scoops of peanut butter and a tbsp of nutella :D delicious! a bit dry though, wondering what you would recommend to go with it? like a glass of milk or maybe a special sauce?

  • @dollzandpinz i just made these cakes... and i added about 1/3 cup of soymilk to my mix and they came out soooooo good. you should try it out next time!

  • @MrAlig9000 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract or a tablespoon or two of natural no sugar added cocoa powder. Natural peanutbutter should also work here and would go well with the cocoa powder. Peanut butter will add a lot more fat though! although its good fat remember you're still trying to get lean so don't go overboard with the peanutbutter!
