Sounds like he's using the Oberwerk Unda Maris 8 coupled to the hauptwerk and the ruckpositiv fagott 16 an octave higher for the chorale, underpinned by the pedal violon 8', lovely voicing on this organ.

My soul doth magnify the Lord and my spirit hath REJOICED in God, my Saviour.
This is so slow as to be laborious.
Only two harmony changes in each measure.
I would not have enough breath to sing the choral melody.
Evening is come; stay with us, Lord, that the light of your holy word be not extinguished.
The mixture of the accompanying voice is very fifthy.
Love the decorations of the chorale melody.
