I had a '63 strat when I was a kid that looked almost like the one you're playin'... believe it or not , I GAVE it to a friend in the '80's... I don't regret it though :)
@Rouse1994I'm glad you like the tone but as far as the price comparison....you're not even close actually. The TTE is going in to a split of a HEAVILY moddified Blues Junior with ALL NOS tubes (with the tubes the amp is worth about $1,000) and a $3,000 Victoria 45410.
Help me out . kinman blues pickups , or Hank marvin . ? i had the woostock plus and did not like them at all , i like a well balanced tone , on the fat side a bit does not hurt .
I didn't like the Woodstocks at all either and I've never tried the Hank Marvin set. All things considered, the Kinman AVN Blues set is the best set of Strat pickups I have ever used! ZERO noise and all the tone! Very balanced too! I hihgly recommend them!
HAHA your funny , go to tonefactor and order one , i promise you , you will thank me for it . plus if you don't like it they take it right back minus shipping only .
Honestly? The Deja Vibe. The best Vibe I ever had was an old gold one. As far as I know there's no difference between the gold one and the current "Mini Deja Vibe" but damn! Do I miss that pedal! I did a video on that a while back. Go to my main page and check it out.
Having said all this the Mojo is friggin' killer! My only beef is that it doesn't have that deep throb at VERY low speeds like the Deja has.
i think im just going to order a mega vibe because they demolish any other vibe pedal and it not much more expensive than other vibe pedals. the only thing that sucks it that i've heard people say it has taken a year to get one and others say 6 months.i hope 6 months
Man, I'll tell ya...they're both awesome. Really. The Deja Vibe is a little more thick and swampy but the Mojo has the "real deal" tone going on. I think the Deja has a bit more throb which is cool. Very hard to call. I've never tried the KR Mega Vibe but I really want to! I hear that unit is really cool too!
I thought about your question some more and I have something else to add. The slower "Bridge of Sighs" throb sounds much better with the Deja Vibe. On slow "throb" the Mojo is a little weak. ...just beyond that setting on the Mojo however is the swirly Hendrix tone that we all love.
NIce one! I love my Mojo. It is the only pedal that my wife comments on how amazing it sounds. Wish I could get that nice delay, but I can pretend with my Nova on the tape setting :P
listening to this again and again..... ooh man ... i think everything in my room is turning black and white

Your echo is more expensive than your amp, makes me laugh a little. Sounds super good tho.

My all time favorite is the Big 'Old Gold Fulltone Deja Vibe! THICK AND CHEWY!!! I sold it a while back and have regretted it ever since.
mrcali68 2 years ago
Are you splitting the amps with an a/b deal or the stereo inputs on tte?
dwmfender13 2 years ago
The Stereo outputs of the TTE.
