@SSUUPPEERRDDOORRKK uh yeah thats what the warranty is for genius, extend it for the time you plan on owning it. Battery problems are only covered for the first year, so buy an extra. Might want to elaborate a little more on the issue, not going to replace a computer for a battery problem.
Yeah me too..used to work as HP TSR here in MY.. and our cust. are from central US..most of the main issue is language barrier..but US ppl love to talk to us rather than other person from india or philiphines. when we said that we going to get L2 from bangalore..cust. beg us not to let them talk to the L2 from india.. lol.. Keep the Csat comming yeah!! - and some of them are racist doesn't want to talk to asian. but some of them are nice
I work for HP Tech support in Canada for the notebook series. Sure some agents are hard to understand but in reality most of the people who call in do not deserve to even own a computer. Sometimes an entire call goes an hour just because you have to explain EVERY SINGLE mouse click, left click right click, click NEXT and of couse they only see OK, for fawks sake just click on SOMETHING!!!!
i'm not from india...right here in the states and i'm a tech agent...maybe you shouldn't be calling tech support at 3 am in the morning.. i mean jesus america get some sleep...

and i always spend half the day on the phone going around the world through the phone and getting transferd over and over and dissconted too
well.. you're an idiot for not hanging up and trying again,, i know for fact we have less than a five minute hold for notebooks.. and if you're waiting longer and need to be transferred alot.. you're pressing the wrong buttons to get to us.. not our fault retard.
Google is your friend, try searching the internet for any troubleshooting (except for internet that is). Tech support sucks, and so does smoking weed. Acid is a better friend than google

I understand your frustration. I called HP with an issue with an external TV tuner. Even though I bought it directly from HP, they wanted to transfer me to the "World Class Support" (aka English speaking support) for 45 minutes for $69.99. So I paid about $100.00 for a tuner and they wanted me to pay almost another $70.00 for support. I refused. I wish I could understand someone when I need help. Is that too much to ask for?
