I love the musical, but I think they should black out the stage a little earlier. Instead of "Circle of.......LLLIIIFFFEEE *lights go out*" It should be more like "Circle of....LLLLIIIIII *lights go out*" Just like the movie. It just gives more emotion when they cut off the end of the song.
@ValtronW agreed - the movie music compared is so dry and bare. This is a beautiful orchestration and also the movie is a cartoon.... obviously theatre wins :)
@Stahi That's true! My mom and I have tickets to see The Lion King on tour in 2 weeks from today for our second time I'm super excited about seeing The Lion King for my second time and after my second time,many more times will fallow I adore the movie and the Broadway show!

1:10-1:53 is such a good part of the show.
And londons orchestra put all others to shame, especially leading up to that first step!
