Actually, i think something, that has backbeat bassline, would be the "ultimate shuffle song" like, the difference between on the first song and builders skyscraper(2nd song) First one has got only the punching bassdrum, and its kinda missing something. For me, good hardstyle track needs good bassdrum and bit of that bassline, that makes the track more interesting n "less-boring" to shuffle on.
Would think it has to do something with mbshuffles movements, since all those are basicly in 2 steps

and i think electro doesnt fit to shuffle too much.. depends on dancer and persons style tho...
electro could fit in less-harder shuffling "chillin' style" or somewhat
but the back-beat is important, like i said. :P
Just listen to hard-dance genre and you'll learn the difference in time
