How To Make an .lrc Lyric Files for MP3 Player Tutorial

How do you get the file played? I mean I did everything and saved it as .lrc then uploaded to my mp3 player, tried to play it and it says 'Wrong format'.

@Ha10Ru135 : When you click on file and choose Open Audio File, make sure the audio bar option in the Open Audio File Dialog box is unchecked and only check the player option.

it works but when i go to view it on my mp3 player its slow. i try to preview it on the divx player before i save it to make sure its correct. its fine there but the lyrics are slow on my mp3 player. i have a walkman mp3 player. please and thanks,

i don't get it.. mine when i already open the file for text and audio just like you did...my lyrics don't show up.. also, how many times do i need to click apply?.. is it done in very start only? coz with mine, it won't work like automatically...

@Onadragonfly It works.. But I thought there was an easier way to do it rather than clicking apply all the time.. Let me know if there are newer software available for this.. I'm planning to add lyrics to all of my songs.. I know it's crazy, but my mp3 is beautiful to pass up on this.. Hopefully it won't be too much storage..

Hello, I'm Josh... Well I have a Coby MP620-8G. I tried downloading a lrc file at your website, it's the lyrics of Fireflies.. After adding .lrc at the end and placing it in the TEXT.DIR folder I switched the Lyrics on but somehow the lyrics aren't appearing at the moment I played the music. Any Help?

@CarionBeetle: Don't put it into the text folder. You have to put it in the same folder as your mp3 file. If you put "fireflies.mp3" in your MUSIC folder, then you have to put "fireflies.lrc" in your MUSIC folder as well

That press and hold method didn't work for me i had manually assign the lyrics. Help me how to assign it like you are doing it in the video.
