i'm just wondering but couldn't you do this with a large capacitor and a couple of AA batteries and maybe some resistors depending on the cap? what would it take?

You got ripped-I made one for about 10 $ and it does the same thingbut it's remote controlled

lol i made one exactly like this with out even seeing this video lol except i use two nine volt baterys and wire wool at the end of the wire instead
