God, i love Persona. And Japanese culture in general. The best Persona games are the first one (though its final boss scares the crap out of me!!!) and Persona 4, with an EPIC final boss with my favorite video game music EVER playing during the fight!!!

@KaiserdeEmperana Lowers one targets defense, attack and evasion, opposite of heat riser. Trumpetter learns it the earliest. It's not necessary but it makes the battle easier especially when you combine it with ma-buffing skills. Also it's practically essential for Izanami and Margaret, but it's not impossible to completely finsih them without it.

@not0mrh He is over-leveled and playing at Standard difficulty. He also has great Personae, which lows the odds of the battle. Try playing this game on the hardest difficulty. It will be fun sharing a laugh.

Even then, this game IS easy even on expert, there's nothing really hard about anything in this game except the optional boss.

I would argue that expert actually makes the game easier because only enemy attacks go up. It basically forces you to grind longer which makes the boss fights go quicker. You also end up with more yen as a result.

God damn, I always hated this boss fight. Adachi kept being a bitch and killed me with "Ghastly Wail" or something about 5 times, I beat him, but then I had to fight this thing with close to no SP. At the end of the battle, the MC had around 50 HP (Out of over 500), and all the other characters died. Somehow, I beat the giant eyeball thing with a normal attack. Quick Tip for players: GET TO AROUND LEVEL 75! (Especially if you're a noob like me).

I actually got my final boss spoiled for me. I guess I thought that was it with Adachi but then i read somewhere the words "Izanami" and "Mastermind" and that was how it spoiled it for me. Well i know it was dumb of me to think Adachi was the final boss (i mean, the game has a bad, good, and true ending for a reason) but still T_T

Just like with Adachi, Ameno was nothing. I'll admit that some of his attacks were pissing me off, but he rarely stood a chance. I only used Futsunishi in this fight along with Yukiko, Kanji, and Naoto.

Lets put it this way in Persona (well at least 3 and 4) if it attacks twice in one turn it can be considered a final boss.

I really find the attacking twice to be a bit much. The only reason that I'm stuck on this boss right now is because it keeps following up his laser eye with quake or that meteor attack which spells death for lil ol' me. -_-;

The key is keeping his attack down. Most of the bosses in P4 have normal attacks that kill you almost with one hit. Many Personas (even low level ones) have Enemy Attack decrease abilities.
