I never study in college and do really well but people learn differently and schools only cater to one type of learning.I'm an audio type of learner I here things and learn that way so I don't need to study a book.I use to swim competativly and my back was ripped,it involves your whole body so it's a great way to lose weight and have a toned body,but it's not great for the hair,lol
