I know 2 possibilites, the first 1 is a modchip (I have a chip but it is not yet inside my ps2), but those r hard to find nowadays. second is freemcboot. it works via memory card, but u cant play originals with it, only backups which u have to patch before using. of course u should purchase the original!. just google for it. I myself, hope for a homebrew freeloader for the ps3, now that its been hacked. that way I could play NTSC ps2 and 1 games on my ps3. that would kick ass!!!
I LOVED this game! at the time i was about 12 when i bought this now I'm sixteen! lol it's really great, although i found it to be rather depressing at times and very deep. In a way i finding it educating because of the non human, human symbolises war back in the day. I also found Ridley and Jacks relationship to be very confusing but in the end i finally got it.. It all seems like a love-hate romance i don't think he loved her but had strong friendship of having the need of protecting her.

I'm rather fond of this game though it's been ages since I played it. Left nothing unturned: both paths completed, Ethereal Queen and Gold Dragon defeated, etc. The NPC system is what gave it heart and personality. I really hope a sequel, or at least a game with the same emphasis on relationships with such a wide variety of NPCs, appears one day. I'm not going to hold my breath though.
I think it's clear the Fairy path and ending were a bit rushed. The Human ending was sad, but very poignant.
I think the non-human path was good, Bcause its more realistic than the human path, Bcause they don't stay 2-3 days and fall in love they have to travel and meet each other in the way, they stay moredays that u can think bcause u are closed main for think in that, but in the human path was bad ._. if i forget something i will post later.

How do you know that it was not only Lucian who dissapeared? Ridley was still alive so the vessel was still there...How do you explain the weird-ass ending with the lifeless ghost town & Jack's creepy voice? & they may have become friends but they still barely knew each other...the b-day party moment was very short & so was they're time together...If other humans are supposed to fight other humans then it should atleast make sense.

that made no sense in one of the fight scenes there was a battle in which they had jack curtis JJ and Galvados. the latter two can only be gotten when on the non-human side and curtis is a leader on the human side.
i beat the game twice; on human and non-human... i loaded Strong From Start on my human side (my second playthrough), and now it's my 3rd playthrough... how do i get dragon lair again? do i have to finish it twice again?
Can anyone help me? I completed the Non-human and Human paths respectively. I finished The Dragon Lair Cave 2x and beat Ethereal Queen with lvl 99 Jack, Alicia, Valkyrie, and Kain. I saved 2 files. On the other one, I loaded 'Strong From Start'. I'm already in the part where I finally joined the guild, but how come I can't recruit any of my human friends which I have made in all? Is there a point in the game wherein they'll all be available for recruitment w/o having to recruit them manually?
If only Radiata had graphics like Valkyrie Profile 2, then it would be my favorite RPG on the PS2... and I totally dislike the battle gameplay, they're all so stiff and stuff... ~_~ I wish there would be a Radiata Stories 2 (or a sequel to it)... will there be? Can anyone tell me please? I WANT RADIATA 2... T________T

in my opinion it could have had more animated scenes, (wish there was more 2d animation like intro), also didn't like how you couldn't have more storyline options like different endings much like Star Ocean 3 till the end of time

I'm rather fond of this game though it's been ages since I played it. Left nothing unturned: both paths completed, Ethereal Queen and Gold Dragon defeated, etc. The NPC system is what gave it heart and personality. I really hope a sequel, or at least a game with the same emphasis on relationships with such a wide variety of NPCs, appears one day. I'm not going to hold my breath though.
I think it's clear the Fairy path and ending were a bit rushed. The Human ending was sad, but very poignant.

I think the non-human path was good, Bcause its more realistic than the human path, Bcause they don't stay 2-3 days and fall in love they have to travel and meet each other in the way, they stay moredays that u can think bcause u are closed main for think in that, but in the human path was bad ._. if i forget something i will post later.

How do you know that it was not only Lucian who dissapeared? Ridley was still alive so the vessel was still there...How do you explain the weird-ass ending with the lifeless ghost town & Jack's creepy voice? & they may have become friends but they still barely knew each other...the b-day party moment was very short & so was they're time together...If other humans are supposed to fight other humans then it should atleast make sense.

that made no sense in one of the fight scenes there was a battle in which they had jack curtis JJ and Galvados. the latter two can only be gotten when on the non-human side and curtis is a leader on the human side.

Can anyone help me? I completed the Non-human and Human paths respectively. I finished The Dragon Lair Cave 2x and beat Ethereal Queen with lvl 99 Jack, Alicia, Valkyrie, and Kain. I saved 2 files. On the other one, I loaded 'Strong From Start'. I'm already in the part where I finally joined the guild, but how come I can't recruit any of my human friends which I have made in all? Is there a point in the game wherein they'll all be available for recruitment w/o having to recruit them manually?
