I know you didn't want to get into specific builds, but I think the best, base, soul combo for this kind of grinding is Inq 31 / Justicar 8 / Sentinel X. You'll eventually want Sent 10 to get the +20% damage on crit, and you'd probably want Just 12 for Purpose to get mana back in between group pulls. The passive healing from Just 8 will make all those Soul Drains and Circles of Oblivions heal you. You won't need to waste cooldowns on shields or in combat heals for the most part.

That would be actually a rather sweet build. Synergy is great for AoE farming. Tho Purpose would be kind of wasteful. It's faster to drink than it is to use purpose to regain some mana, if focusing purely on AoE grinding.

how about you go with some point in sentinel? I never have a hard time killing mobs since I get enough heals from the other tree.

yeah, that's the biggest reason, tho if I paid more attention it wouldn't be an issue :). This way of farming requires some finess... which I clearly lack in this vid haha.
