  • @kevin957 Uh... You just repeated my point. My comment was towards someone who thought socialism differed from communism.

    Please read more carefully.

    Thank you!

  • @tallandfrothy Socialism IS different from communism. You're thinking of Marxism, which is a particular social theory. We're talking about social democracies here. A social democracy is a democracy that implements socialist systems. Canada, Australia, and the European Union all have social democracies. The United States is the only first world country without a major social democratic party. I don't suppose you think Canada, Australia, and the European Union are communist.

  • @munkyman3 No I am not thinking about Marxism. I have a clear and deep understanding of what socialism and communism is. Socialism is a key that turns the lock into a downward spiral of socialized everything (communism). Just because you socialize one thing doesn't make your country communist. But how many things are we planning on socializing. So far i can think of 11. That is only 3 away from Russia 30 years ago. Food for thought- Soc. Med. will not mathematically grow.

  • @tallandfrothy If you have a "clear and deep" understanding of what socialism is, then why are you not comprehending the concept of a social democracy?

  • obama = muslim

  • if you think he is doing a good job you are fucking dumb or a commie and when he finaly runns this country in the ground and there is a free for all like over seas id hate to be in ur shoes

  • Mr.President, this is the internet.

  • The man is doing the best he can. I respect him.

  • @CheapSushi correction.

he does what his party tell his to do.

obama= tool used to get minority votes and young american votes

    because of his race

  • @WR3STL3

That is ofcourse true, but the point is that you support the ideology and policy of the Obamaparty.

  • The best part must be the Elite Selected it and Bush was to blame for it all.

The worse part is he got away with it obviously belonging to another land adhering to Britain leadership.

  • Where's the birth certificate?

  • Best part ,I can pretend i'm not a muslim socialist while I enact a covert plan to destroy the US...The worst part is, it's taking longer than i want it to.

  • would be funny if our presidents started wearing disguises like celebrity's do to go out for personal time like shopping or to see a movie

  • WTF I WRONG WITH PEOPLE ASKING ABOUT SUPER BOWL PICKS AND WTF IS SO GOOD ABOUT BEING PRESIDENT ASK HIM SOME SERIOUS QUESTIONS AND MAKE HIM ANSWER IT.ASK HIM WTF IS HYPERINFLATION HOW THE FUCK IS OUR ECONOMY STILL THE SAME WHY ARE YOU ALL TALK WHEN ARE WE GOING TO SEE RESULTS WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN WITH HEALTH CARE HOW BOUT OUR PARENTS SOCIAL SECURITY MONEY THERE RETIREMENTS FUNDS HOW BOUT OUR SCHOOLS TELL HIM STOP PROMISING SHIT AND HES NOT DOING CRAP!ASK REAL QUESTIONS WE WANT REAL ANSWERS!!!

  • @2600bg or what is wrong with president obama answering stupid questions like that even tho we all love football. its not important when it comes to government. were going to have an nfl player lockout anyways :(

  • i like this guy

  • lol democrats were for slavery during the civil wars so i don't no why he is so much against republicans

  • Toughest thing about being president is selling socialism to the American public.

  • @jludo LOVE

  • @jludo Yeah, it's weird how so many Americans have a massive fear of socialism without understanding even what it is.

  • @munkyman3

Yeah, I understand it and still think Capitalism is better. Capitalism, not corporatism.

  • @jludo Personally, I feel the best system of government is capitalism with some socialistic systems in place. Which is basically what america has right now. While I don't feel that the current government is perfect (we have plenty of stupid things like the electoral college system), I think it has the right system of government in place.

  • @munkyman3

I believe in individual liberties and Austrian economics.

  • @munkyman3 CONTROL

  • @munkyman3

My father worked as a translator for the United Soviet Socialist Republic

He and I both understand what "Socialism" is and how the word is properly defined.

It seems to me that many millions of people (including you) have forgotten what it means.

  • @munkyman3 Explain?

  • @OathOfOdium Many people believe socialism is essentially communism, which it isn't. Now, Marxism is a certain kind of socialism, but a government being socialist does not imply Marxism or Communism necessarily. Really, when people associate socialism with communism, they are really only endorsing Marxism themselves, ironically; Marx believed socialism was a transitioning "stage" from capitalism to communism. People need to be better acquainted with democratic socialism. That's what I mean.

  • @munkyman3 socialism turns into communism over time

  • @WR3STL3 Try telling that to the current social democracies. You know, like Canada, Australia, and pretty much the entire European Union. Really, the United States is the only first world country that doesn't have a major social democratic party. And that's probably because so many people in america go berserk when they see the word "socialism". (And now I'm sure someone will respond and say "but guys, socialism = communism!!!".) Guys, look up social democracies and stop being ignorant.

  • @munkyman3 First of all.

Dont fucking call me ignorant you dont even know me.

second of all this is one of the definitions of socialism.

: a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done

    Yeah exactly

funny how these countries that are socialist economies are much weaker than a capitalist USA (ex: canada)

and fyi Australia is not 100% socialist

you seem to be the ignorant one.

  • @WR3STL3 Marxism is a socialist theory. Marxism and democratic socialism are actually rival theories.

Also, essentially all of the countries rated above the US in quality of life incorporate social democracy. As I said before, I like the system of government the US has, which is capitalism with some socialist systems in place.

Australia is obviously not "100% socialist", but if it had to be categorized under one title, it would be a social democracy. Similarly, the US isn't "100%" capitalist.

  • @munkyman3 Socialist ideals is what puts countries in debt.

Thats why a country needs more than one party.

To keep the other in check.

  • @WR3STL3 Of course you need multiple parties. Hence the name of social DEMOCRACY. It's a democracy with some socialism incorporated into it. Countries like Sweeden that have social democracies have multiple parties.

  • @munkyman3 Yes, but there country just like most european nations is being overrun with muslims.

which has increased crime rates and murder rates all over.

Securing borders is a key for success of a country.

and socialism wants to open borders for every race.

    which will create chaos

    and most likely more revolutions.

Muslims always fuck up great countries

  • @WR3STL3 Yeah, man! Blame it on the muslims! Way to be racist, buddy. Whether you like or not, social democracies have had and will continue to have a better quality of life than the US, for a while.

  • @munkyman3 come to reality.

More immigration = more crime rates

    just go to Los Angelos

  • @WR3STL3 Actually Los Angeles' crime rate per capita is below the national average and has been steadily decreasing since the early 90s. For some reason I get an error if I try to post a URL in this box, but go to the WolframAlpha website and type in "crime rate los angeles" if you want to see the data.

  • @munkyman3 Not racist

    the truth

  • @munkyman3

Even with an understanding of Socialism, educated individuals reject it on all levels."The curious task of economics is to demonstrate to men how little they really know about what they imagine they can design"-Hayek

  • @jludo Well, you must think everyone in Europe, Canada, and Australia isn't "educated". Of course SOME educated people don't like it, otherwise we'd stop being the only first world nation without a major social democratic party. But don't make it sound like everyone who is "educated" hates socialism. Reject it all you want, but look at the top quality of life countries and they're almost all social democracies.

  • @munkyman3

I didn't say all educated people and those countries aren't socialist. China, Cuba, Laos and Vietnam are.

  • @jludo The countries I mentioned are social democracies. The countries you mentioned are social autocracies. There's a big difference, and I obviously support the former and not the latter.

  • @munkyman3

Oh well when I say socialism, I'm talking about socialism. I don't consider countries with a few socialized programs socialist countries.

  • @jludo Well, countries like Sweden and Denmark are roughly 96% socialized or something like that. So they're not "socialist" countries strictly speaking, but they may as well be.

  • @munkyman3

96% is far from accurate. Scandinavian countries are among the top ranked in the world with regards to economic freedom. As shown on the 2011 index of economic freedom.

  • @jludo Sweden is definitely a social democracy; I don't know how you can dispute that.

  • @munkyman3

I said they are definitely nowhere near 96% socialist. I also simply pointed out that they have more economic freedom than most.

  • Inb4 a thousand clusterfucks make baseless, unrelated comments about HURDUR SOCIALISM AMURKA IS DUR BEST.

  • Best part of being President? - " I get all the steak and lobster I want. Also I get to fly all over the world for no reason and get to hear all these musicians I like live at home. Best part is the tax-payers are footing the bill." Worse part about being president - "It's not as easy turning this country into a huge socialist state as I thought it would be."

  • @daven58100

it's easy to be a dumbass ignorant republican thought. You do realise the reason you rednecks are so stupid is incest?

  • @somethingonmyhip so wait, because you disagree with him, he's gotta be a rednecked product of incest? that makes SO much sense.

  • @somethingonmyhip Let's see. I'm not republican. Redneck? No, I don't think so. Also, the word is spelled "realize", not "realise" genius. You fucking libtards crack me up.

  • @somethingonmyhip You're from Belgium. That's funny. They have increased unemployment, reduced per-capita income, and rising national debt. Damn! No wonder you like Obama. LMFAO.

  • @daven58100

Or maybe I know that what Obama is doing is TOTALLY not socialistic and the fact that I live in a country that is kinda socialistic gives me the knowledge that the 'evil socialism' that's going to turn you into a' communist-country' is NOTHING like you republican tard think it is.

Btw: my english, french and german is better then your dutch so gtfo and go read a book.

  • @somethingonmyhip Who said anything about languages asshole? I don't care how many languages you claim to know, you're still an idiot. Or maybe since you're 61, you're suffering the early stages of alzheimer's.

  • @somethingonmyhip Instead of calling yourself "somethingonmyhip", you should call yourself "somethingupmyass". That would be your head. Go change your depends.

  • @somethingonmyhip vous êtes un morceau pathétique de merde qui ferait le monde une faveur en mourant. Do you like my french?

  • @daven58100 dude your french sucks

  • @Shamael13 You know what sucks worse than my french? Being a fag pussy from Canada like yourself.

  • @Shamael13 If you don't like my french, blame google translator. You think I'd waste my time learning such a useless language? I'm american. No need to learn any other loser nations language. Why do you think just about every other nation on earth learns our language?

  • @daven58100 The reason for that is that the English empire was the big boy in town from about 1600-1945, and it was lucky enough to tap into a lot of powerhouses like India, Africa, and China before anyone else really did.

  • @EinsteinxtremeRoblox Yes, you are correct. But still, they're not learning spanish, french or chinese. And England is far from what they used to be. I'm amazed at the people commenting here,(i don't mean you), who still can't seem to be able to comprehend the problems with socialistic ideology. Simple fact: socialism, communism, etc. does not work. Never has, never will. Socialist programs like they have in Europe are what is bankrupting them.

  • @somethingonmyhip No not all red necks are incest, that is only in Alabama.

  • first agian?
