  • Dont be so proud. can u get the exact history and put it in the description. the martial arts practiced in india, china, srilanka, japan, indonesia, thailand all are having its roots in the Kumari kandam.. or the lost lemuria. even now in tamilnadu, kerala, andra & karnataka the roots are availble in a modified art form. DONT SAY AS INDIAN ART FORM. because the history should be registered correctly.. THERE WAS NO INDIA BEFORE 65 YEARS.

  • hi Amlika can u plz send me this song @ (

cmanupc@gmail.com) and the albums name...i loved it...

  • The Indian death touch is when they put their 3rd world fingers in your mouth and you die from dysentery.

  • @voneinemkindgefict why do you come to these videos to insult people. Fuck you and die

  • @siiimond You do not tell me fuck you. Fuck you basterd. You come on my property and you kick my dog and now my dog need operation. Why? I will fuck you!..No I just kidding. Why you kick my dog?

  • @voneinemkindgefict Man if its true that you are 45 years old and live in USA you should act your age you know better than this. You should not try to push down other people just so you would feel better, How would you feel i started to talk shit about black people??

  • @siiimond You should not say bad words like "shit".

  • THANKS FOR SUCH A NICE VIDEO

IM PRUD TO BE AN INDIAN

    JAY HIND

  • @MrKabir17 Jay Hind

  • If it's to my understanding Bodhidharma taught the chinese monks fighting moves. they then use these moves can created kung fu. so pretty much indian martial arts was the foundation of kung fu. What have we indians done with our culture as we progress with technology we are losing our cultural ways.

  • kalari payat and silamban is popular in malaysia.. and so is silat, kung-fu..

  • Nice video man...but the song is the Shiva Tandava Stotram, right?

  • HERMOSO FELICIDADES DESDE MEXICO CON AMOR Y JUSTICIA OM HHARE HARI OM

  • im half Indian and this makes me proud to be desi haha. what's this song?

  • i dont think 1:46 those guys in red

that that thing is from india , nope its not lol

  • There is a lot of close quarter combat in these systems. hmmm

  • Hello i been looking for the mother of blood sport (mother of muay thia sport)and i end up here. it seem like a crazy search and i want nothing to do with kalaripayattu.

i research Cambodian and Burma kick boxing . i lead up to here if anybody know hook me up with info.

  • @hotpopcorncake You are thinking of muay boran the old the original muay thai

  • @siiimond Nope it's not Muay boran . because in Cambodia i look up it history They create it but the Khmer rouge i think destroy it's history. but when i look up Lethwei history then i seen it derived from India and it's called Musti yuddha and there nothing about that...So i'm looking for a bloodsport style in India.

  • @hotpopcorncake its true i dont find any indian blood sport i would like too see a real musti yuddha fight

  • @siiimond Yea i think someone its making up as they go, idk because i went to a site i seen a white person pic said the same thing in Wikipedia...The only reason i'm looking i like kickboxing and i would like to the mother of kickboxing.

Cambodia labokator history been killed by the Khmer rouge almost.

Thailand , Burma ,loas are the only place's vague talk where it came from. i think Thailand and burma got the most rich info about it.

  • @hotpopcorncake I would not be surprised if the mother of blood sports came from india since kungfu originated from indian monks who was kalari or vajra mushti masters and once a long time ago kalari was killing martial art a deadly martial art to destroy your opponent. And if you look at vajra mushti i looks a lot like kung fu

  • @siiimond Well i had a friend of mine he told me that if wasn't for India there wouldn't be blood sport style branch out from India to Asia. but so far i haven't seen it clearly..also i seen kalari it looks like very primitive style of kung fu .

What i got so far is that a hanuman dance from Thailand they made up muay thai , but that doesn't explain well for other Asian country style. i'm just trying to puzzle up this together. cause i try to sum up everything it's confusing

  • Gatka is the best!

  • I would say that vajra mushti is probably the most efficient martial art from india hand to hand combat

  • For all the people who say kalari is inefficient and clumsy, try mantis-kicking a badass with an urumi.

  • we invented them and we lost them what's the use .now when we want to learn martial arts we only learn kunf-fu ,karate, teakwondo or something else . but no one wants to learn mallayuddha,or kalari and others .shame on us

  • @ajitforbo7o Yeah most of this stuff dont work so well any more, but if they would make the martial arts deadly like they were from the beginning and not for demonstration like most of these martial arts are. They should develop some of these arts and make them really efficient and make them adapted for the streets like Krav maga but still have some orginality.

  • @ajitforbo7o Yeah you are kinda right but still its the British that banned the martial arts and killed all the masters :( during the colonization. So its not completely our fault but still its our duty to revive it :) .

  • @ajitforbo7o the stuff in the video is the same than tkd, karate, kung fu etc..

  • @ajitforbo7o dey do in kerala.. dey still practice kalaripattu der..

  • @ajitforbo7o yes i agree with you, indians just like to take credit for things but very few actually take the effort and trouble to do it. indians lack discipline.

  • Proud to be an Indian

  • the name of this song is Shiva Tandava Stotram ( POWERFUL )

  • can i get the music please!!1

  • name of the song plsssss

  • What is it with all the jumping? Doesn't seem efficient.

  • awsome video, superb track. which album is this!

  • Indians should always stop try to take credit for other martial arts. I understand most martial arts have a common origin , But other countries have preserved and encouraged their martial arts culture..but in india barring few exceptions, their ancient martial art knowledge has been mostly forgotten and lost. So now indians lost their own martial art they want to look towards other countries. Quite sad indians.

  • well i must say this is one of the best attempts to show that we have much aincient culture than most of the other civilizations..................even actually one buddhist monk from india have developed the ...........SHAOLIN MARTIAL ARTS...........to protect the BUDDHISM ......from invaders

  • Ancient Indians were highly spiritual, innovative and excelled in everything they did.The standards were extremely high.I dont know when, how and where India lost it.Todays Indians dont aim high. They just try to emulate the west and are also very pathetic at that.

  • we Sri Lankans and Indians have rich cultures and traditions. I am really proud of being one!!

  • @Solja2010 I think that's what attracted the Britishers so much. And yet they used to call us barbarians and savages.

  • Nice Video. I like it. Can you tell me the name of this song. Best regards from Germany

    MrPlessir

  • @MrPlessir Hi, I'll send you this song if you give me your email address. Best regards from Hungary.

  • @Savateoz the name of this song is Shiva Tandava Stotram ( POWERFUL )

  • Comment removed

  • @MrPlessir its from a fil called om shanti om

  • @MrPlessir Its Shiv Tandav Strotram... Thanks from India

  • Of course, all 4 Vedas speak of specific demographic locations as being solely the Aryans territory, and when the Vedas speak of what is "Aryan territory" they describe locations specific to INDIA - where the Aryan culture, traditions, their Gods, art, healing and medicinal practices are still as resilient today as they were 5000 years ago. Why do people of white skin find it so difficult to admit that the Aryan culture is from brown man's land??...THE ANGEL DUE IS RIGHT>>>>

  • Wow nice video... Thanks for sharing with us. Please correct the name SRI LANKA. Thanks again..

  • I agree that Indonesia's Pencak Silat was influenced more so from India than China,,,, Philippines Martial arts teachers are called Gurus and the art is called Kali

  • History tells us that Kalaripayattu from India is the oldest martial arts in the world. History tells us that India taught Buddhism and martial arts to China, Japan, and Korea. India was the teacher and China, Japan, and Korea were the students. Today, the situation is reversed. China, Japan, and Korea have become the teachers to India. Indians are learning martial arts from China, Japan, and Korea. Even in economics, Taiwanese, Japanese, and Koreans invest in India.
